Twelve Rivers Management is a rapidly growing property management company, proudly nestled in the heart of Austin, Texas. We pride ourselves on delivering top customer service to our clients, tenants, and stakeholders.

We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to provide excellent client service and administrative support in our downtown Austin office. The best candidate has a passion for order, customer service, and succeeding through others.

Position Success

The Front Desk Coordinator supports the mission of Twelve Rivers by ensuring that all residents and owners receive excellent customer service, while directly supporting the Resident Coordinator in running an efficient office.

Position’s Day-to-Day Activities

Initial Customer Service

Answer phones professionally and courteously.
Greet all walk-ins warmly. 
Handle as many inquiries as possible. When assistance is needed, ensure inquiries are passed to the proper person.
Set the professional tone for the office. 

Support Resident Coordinator

Assist the Resident Coordinator with resident and owner requests as needed.
Support the Resident Coordinator with billing and data entry.
Support on maintenance requests.
Learn about common resident concerns to gain empowerment.
Run errands as directed

Office Support

Support the Resident Coordinator in maintaining an organized office.
Oversee filing, both paper and digital.
Assist accountant in tracking receipts and invoices.

Position Requirements

Professional image, attitude, and demeanor

Position Details

1 year administrative experience
Reports directly to Resident Coordinator
Compensation is negotiable based on experience
This position is full-time.
